The Global Young Leaders Programme (YLP) incorporates cross-sectoral learning, sustainable benefits and the experience of working on real world issues within a multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary team setting. By exposing participants to the world outside their comfort zones, the YLP prepares them for today’s new business realities.
The YLP also brings professional project-management strengths to good deeds and practical, business-led solutions to developing communities. With a focus on sustainable development and cooperation, it empowers communities to take responsibility for their own future.
