GIFT ran a series of training workshops to introduce concepts of strategic planning to a team of managers from different divisions in a certification body with testing and inspection operations in both Hong Kong and China. The managers were all identified as fast-rack high potential individuals. The training was part of an overall talent development programme run by the Poon Kam Kai Institute.
